Five co-hosts have been announced for the 2015 Pensado Awards, an award show acknowledging today's emerging brand of music professional and "recognizing the faces behind the sound." Co-hosting will be Chris Lord-Alge, Young Guru, Sylvia Massy, Randy Jackson and Justin Meldal-Johnsen.

CHRIS LORD-ALGE:
Chris Lord-Alge is a five-time GRAMMY®-winning engineer with a long career including work with some of the biggest and most diverse names in music: from Sugarhill Gang to Sugarland, from Michael Bublé to Green Day, from Tina Turner to Bruce Springsteen, from Muse to Rise Against and many more. He is also a musician, a producer and the creator of essential modeled plug-ins and software for the next generation of audio professionals. With a love for music and a determination that is unstoppable, Lord-Alge has rightly earned his status as one of the today's top engineering and producing minds.

YOUNG GURU:
Gimel "Young Guru" Keaton has resoundingly earned his reputation as one of the most renowned recording and mixing engineers in music today and a respected ambassador for hip-hop music and culture. Heralded most for sonically shaping some of Hip-Hop's brightest talents and revered as "The Sound of New York," Young Guru has established himself as consistently in-demand: mixing 10 of Jay-Z's albums, and DJing on Jay-Z's legendary Carnegie Hall and Barclays Center shows. On several recordings, Jay himself offers verbal acknowledgements of Guru's importance, an immensely respectful testament to Guru's exceptional skills behind the boards. Other credits include work with Beyoncé, Rihanna, Ludacris, Ghostface Killah, Freeway, Cam'ron, Redman & Method Man, Mariah Carey, Pete Rock, Fabolous, Talib Kweli, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, T.I. and others.

SYLVIA MASSY:
Sylvia Massy is an American entrepreneur, music producer, mixer and engineer, writer and artist in the United States. Massy is perhaps best recognized for her work on 1993's Undertow, the full-length double platinum-selling debut for Los Angeles rock band Tool and her works with System of a Down, Johnny Cash and Red Hot Chili Peppers. Massy is one of the most respected personalities in the music business todays.

RANDY JACKSON:
Randy Jackson is a music industry veteran who emerged from behind the scenes to become a famous television personality as a judge on the popular singing competition show American Idol. Jackson spent years as a record producer and an executive with Columbia Records and MCA Records before landing his spot as an American Idol judge. Jackson also recorded and toured with such well-known artists as Jerry Garcia, Mariah Carey, Bruce Springsteen and Madonna.

JUSTIN MELDAL-JOHNSEN:
Justin Meldal-Johnsen is an American bassist, multi-instrumentalist, producer and songwriter. He is best known for his work with Beck, Nine Inch Nails, Air and M83. He served as the touring bassist for Nine Inch Nails in 2008 and 2009. He has been Beck's longtime bassist and musical director, on and off since 1996 to present day. As a producer, Meldal-Johnsen has worked with M83, Paramore, Tegan and Sara, The Naked and Famous, School of Seven Bells and more.
